Artist statement

"Life casting captures the very essence of a person. Each of us is one-of-a-kind, no two are the same. Consequently, each sculpture is totally unique.

"For thousands of years artists have used their skill to replicate the human form in sculpture. Today, we continue to still feel the same compelling reverence for the beauty of the human form and seek to celebrate, honour and immortalise it through artistic expression.

"Life casting is a revolutionary method of achieving precision in figurative art. These artworks don't lie or exaggerate. No detail is omitted or hidden or improved or interpreted. They are naked and exposed.

"We are endeared to gaze on the sculpture seeking insights into identity, empathy and connectivity.
